Are the Giudices just fighting a losing battle? Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice should cross the White House off his list of supporters.
Even though Joe and his family have been VERY public in their plea to keep him here it isn’t enough for the President to intervene.
Joe’s time in the U.S. is drawing to a close. Yet, his daughter Milania Giudice has pleaded for the President to intervene. And Gia Giudice has started a petition on Change.org. All in the desperate hope their father will win a reprieve.
Joe has won a small victory when the courts recently granted a temporary stay pending their review of his appeal. However, that may be the only win for him.
According to an article from People, the President has not discussed Joe’s case. Nor has the press team responded to comments concerning his pardon request. A source noted, “[Joe’s request] has not reached the White House.”

Apparently, just because Joe wants to stay in the U.S. is not enough to warrant a review by the President. “If it was worth it on the merits, this would be something, bust just because [the Giudice family] is asking…” the source further explained.
Joe is not the only one facing deportation. Or asking for help from the government. “Thousands of people have through different means tried to bring different cases,” the source said, “The vast majority of them don’t warrant the decision.”
Sorry, Joe. It looks as though your last hope is going to be the ruling of the courts. And I don’t think that ruling will be in your favor. As for Teresa Giudice. She has already said if Joe were to be deported it would mean the end of their marriage.

I wonder if Teresa’s divorce lawyer is on standby waiting to serve papers as Joe is being escorted out of the country? It will be interesting to see how quickly she springs that on him.
