Kristen Doute Hoping To Reignite Relationship With Recent Ex Brian Carter

During Part 1 of the Season 7 reunion reunion, Vanderpump Rulescast memberKristen Doute revealed some not-so-shocking news. She confirmed that she and Brian Carter broke up.

We barely saw Carter on the show. At first, that seemed to be a good sign. No drama equals no screen time, right? Or maybe he was just busy with his non-reality TV job. Later, we learned that was not the case. Kristen revealed that Carter didn’t pay rent, she buys everything, and he even stole her wallet for a vacation one time. Soon after, every other mention of Carter was negative. Eventually, he got in a fight with Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney about his relationship with Kristen. So, will we get to watch a single Kristen on Season 8? Not if she has her way.

Kristen shared a joint statement with Page Six via her representative. They said, “Just like every normal couple, we are experiencing ups and downs with our relationship and are working through this together … when the cameras are not rolling.”

Unfortunately the cameras will start rolling pretty soon. Vanderpump Rules always films in the summer. Will they be able to “work through this” before that? Will their issues bleed into Season 8? Or will they just call it quits before that?

Even though they are trying to mend the relationship, the two of them maintain that they are NOT actually dating. The statement also said, “As we are still figuring out what the future holds for both of us, we are considering ourselves single.” How exhausting.

No shade to Carter, but single Kristen could provide some very entertaining TV. Almost everyone in the cast is in (loosely) committed relationships. In related news, Vanderpump Rules Season 7 fell flat. We will have to wait and see what happens, but until Season 8, we can stalk them both on social media.
