Love is definitely not in the air for Little Women: LA’s stars Christy Gibel and husband Todd Gibel.
In fact, love has fled the building, headed for the hills, possibly to never be seen again. And Christy is seeking relief from the court to keep it there.
According to an article from TMZ , Christy filed documents Wednesday in L.A. County asking a judge to grant her a temporary protective order from husband Todd. The two have been married for five years.
For those who have watched Little Women: LA, and for those who have no idea who these people are, Christy and Todd have not had the easiest relationship. Christy’s complaints include her fear that Todd’s size is affecting their chances of adopting a baby. She complained that he doesn’t show any interest in her. There is just a lot of her complaining.
What are the issues that warrant a protective order you ask? Well, according to a source Christy claims Todd has started to make life for her and her daughter unbearable. Supposedly, he has been “impersonating her via email and shutting her out of her social media accounts.” Ok. Apparently, Christy also suspects him of “ripping up her mail.” Um, that is kind of annoying.
Christy also claims that her hubby has “unnecessarily [raised] the temperature in the house to unbearable levels.” Doesn’t thermostat war happen in every relationship where you live together?
Todd has been turning to his Instagram followers to share his frustrations with his wife and their relationship. He accuses Christy of cheating on him. And that Christy had a family member come over in the middle of the night which caused the dog to bark. That made Todd call the police. And now poor Todd can’t even get his dog out of the kennel because they will only release the dog to Christy.
Hopefully, these two will figure out how to behave like adults. But in the meantime, they should go to their separate corners and not even look at each other.
