The Real Housewives of New York has been all about Luann de Lesseps this season. Luann’s cabaret show. Luann’s post-rehab life. Square peg Luann buying a round house in upstate New York. Sometimes it seems that all the other cast members are living in a scary theme park called Luann-Land. And they are trapped upside down on a terrifying ride they can’t get off of. Even more frightening then the Ramona Singer Ramonacoaster!
Understandably, anyone just out of rehab might be internally focused, but Luann has taken it to the next level. It makes you wonder how she will fare at this season’s reunion. Did Luann enter the set and tell her co-stars, “No autographs, please?” Or wear a tiara to match her statement necklace? We will be getting our answer to how she survives the reunion soon enough, as it taped last Friday. And Luann has spilled some details on what went down at the wrap-up of Season 11.
Luann throws fans a few morsels of reunion dish in an interview with US Weekly. She declares, “There’s a lot of drama, and a lot of resolution. So it’s good!” You have to wonder, was it good for everyone else, too? Does Luann take ownership of her often selfish and arrogant behavior at the reunion? As Luann was in rehab during last year’s reunion, she probably had a lot of explaining to do this year!
The Countess Luann has always been a bit condescending and entitled, but this year her co-stars finally had their limit. Luann burned bridges at Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor by demanding a better room–like she was staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Sonja Morgan accused Luann of treating her co-stars like fans. And Tinsley Mortimer has claimed Luann is more arrogant than usual this season. Did the ladies hold her accountable at the reunion? Or did they continue to walk on rehab eggshells?
It does sound like the reunion got emotional, as they often do. Luann was asked who cried first on the set and she said, “Probably me.” She wasn’t more forthcoming on other reunion drama and states, “You’ll have to wait to see.” And we will be the judges of everything we see, Countess!

The big question at the reunion will be whether or not Luann and Bethenny Frankel go at it. It is safe to assume that Bethenny will have a lot to say to Luann, considering she helped get her into rehab last summer. And Luann has not seem overly appreciative of this fact. Will the two be able to resolve their differences during the season at the reunion?
According to Luann, everyone gets to air their grievances this year. She reveals, “We each get our turn and we each get to say what we didn’t get to say during the course of the show. So that’s the really great thing is that you get to wipe the slate clean and what gets misconstrued, you get to voice what was going on in your life at that time.”
Luann seems to be one of those rare Housewives who actually enjoy the reunions. She shares, “It’s a great cleansing, kind of detox moment for me. I love the reunion, so it’s my favorite part.” And speaking of detox, you have to wonder how much of Luann’s current legal issues will be mentioned–namely, this week’s scheduled court hearing for failing an alcohol test in April.

Considering that Luann is on probation, she probably won’t divulge too many of her legal woes at the reunion, but maybe her co-stars will finally hold her feet to the fire. Of course, Luann will probably say that she cannot comment under advisement from her attorney–a line she is very familiar with at this point.
TELL US-DO YOU THINK LUANN’S CO-STARS WILL HOLD HER ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER ARROGANT BEHAVIOR THIS SEASON AT THE REUNION? WILL LUANN OWN UP TO BEING SELF-CENTERED ALL SEASON?
