Something tells me the feud between Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes Javid and Reza Farahan is not about to end any time soon.
Especially since her husband Tommy Feight has pleaded not guilty to claims he vandalized and trespassed on Reza’s property.
According to an article from Yahoo, Tommy’s attorney appeared before the court on Friday for the temporary restraining order that had previously been granted in favor of Reza. The case was reset for October 25 and the order will continue until then.
Back in May, Reza filed for the restraining order claiming that not only had Tommy threatened him but that he also vandalized Reza’s home. While it appears that no criminal charges are pending, Tommy looks like he may be gearing up to defend himself against the issuance of a final restraining order.

All of this stems from a colossal falling out between Tommy’s wife Mercedes and Reza which began when Mercedes eluded to a falling out with her former bestie after the birth of her child. She also claimed none of her costars reached out to her after her difficult delivery.
Reza felt that Mercedes was trying to “get back on [Shahs of Sunset] and become the main attraction…” by spreading lies about him.
In order to prove his innocence, Reza began posting a series of text messages (allegedly) between him and Mercedes. One of those messages contained personal medical information about her delivery. Supposedly, this was the catalyst for Tommy’s supposed attack which left Reza in fear for his and husband Adam Neely’s lives. Reza went on to say that his friendship with Mercedes was over for good.

We’ll have to see if this case goes to trial or if they end up reaching an agreement. Maybe it would be for the best if they never had any contact with each other. In any relationship at least one person needs to be an adult, and I don’t think either Reza or Mercedes is up to the task.
