Lisa Vanderpump has been through the wringer. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star lost her brother to a suspected drug overdose. If you believe most of the RHOBH cast, she was instrumental in leaking the “puppy gate” drama to a tabloid. Why? To ruin Dorit Kemsley’s reputation.
Look, if Dorit had returned Lucy Lucy Apple Juice to Vanderpump Dogs instead of rehoming the pup, we would have been busy discussing Dorit and husband PK Kemsley’s shady financial troubles. Dorit really doesn’t need any help spoiling her reputation. Kyle Richards confronted Lisa at Villa Rosa about the leak, and their once-close friendship went up in flames. And now, Lisa is also dealing with the death of her mother in England.
Lisa’s decision to skip the reunion wasn’t a huge shock. But then she decided to quit the show and concentrate on Vanderpump Rules. I, for one, will miss the Beverly Hills “OG.”
Andy Cohen revealed to Hollywoodlife that he hopes that LVP will one day return to filming RHOBH. “I mean, look, NeNe [Leakes] left Atlanta for a bit. Bethenny [Frankel] left New York for a bit. You know, people come and go and hopefully…You know, they both came back,” Andy stated. Bethenny missed three seasons before she returned to the show, and once again grabbed an apple.
“So hopefully Lisa will come back, and if she doesn’t then I’m happy to watch her on Vanderpump Rules,” Andy shared. And when might fans expect to see LVP and her menagerie of pets on RHOBH?
Andy commented, “I don’t think she’ll be back at any time soon.” The Watch What Happens Live host added that the “door will be open” if “she ever wants to come back.”

While Lisa may have the left the show, she hasn’t left her feuds with former friends castmates behind. Kyle started a sh*t Tweet storm aimed at Lisa on July 23. Kyle wrote (the spelling is a bit rough): “I was brought there to unknowingly be a part of making Dorit look bad for entertainment purposes I suppose. Trust me, I know you think she didn’t need much help. I read the comments, see the preception of her from people that have never met her.” Yikes!
Lisa wrote to a Twitter follower, “It’s ironic,now I’m not so hurt I can be more objective, if I wanted to hurt any of them there were so many things going on, lawsuits, bankruptcies, shops failing, shows canceled, loans in default etc and I never said a word.” (Ummm…I think she is talking to you, Kyle.)

I think that Andy is right. I hope that LVP comes back to RHOBH, but right now the feelings are just too raw. Maybe in the future LVP and her frenemies can mend their relationships. Just please don’t let Dorit adopt any puppies from Vanderpump Dogs. I don’t think I could handle “Puppy Gate: The Return.”
