It took Melissa Gorga a few years to admit to her four nose jobs nose job, even though Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers definitely noticed. She only copped to the cosmetic enhancement when RHONJ OG Jacqueline Laurita screamed at her during the Season 7 cast trip in Vermont.
Jacqueline said that she got her nose done four times, but Melissa only admitted to one said she went under the knife once. Oh, how times have changed. Recently, Melissa, Porsha Williams, and Sonja Morgan collaborating on a song and music video dedicated to plastic surgery. Now, Melissa is considering another cosmetic procedure.
Melissa discussed her plastic surgery endeavors during a recent interview with Glamour. When asked if there was anything she was “thinking about doing,” Melissa admitted, “I’m seeing a lot of butts on Instagram. But my husband’s not into it. I was like, ‘Fine.’ I’m just so sick of squatting.” Who actually enjoys squatting?
Considering that Joe Gorga chases Melissa around in almost every scene, it’s not surprising that he thinks Melissa is perfect the way she is. Just scroll through the comments on her Instagram photos. Or if you don’t feel like going through her whole page, just look at this one.

In that same interview, Melissa discussed her decision to get a nose job. She confessed, “If I’m being brutally and totally honest, I think it was watching my first season of Housewives. When you see yourself back on TV sometimes you say, ‘Oh, I didn’t know I had a little lump in my nose.'”
She also said, “As far as my breasts go, I’ve had them since I was in my 20s, so it wasn’t about that for me. My nose was definitely from suddenly going from being a housewife to being on TV and in magazines. I was like, ‘I never noticed that. I think if I do that little tweak, it’ll make me feel better.’ And I did it and was happy with my results. I mean, everybody’s different but for me that’s what it was.” And you know what, the results are good.

There are plenty of reality stars who went way too far with the surgeries, but Melissa did just enough. For now at least.
