Last season Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers were treated to Danielle Staub’s bride from hell behavior. She wed Marty Caffrey in Bimini, with Jersey Housewives Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, and Teresa Giudice in the bridal party. Danielle only appeared in a Friend of the Housewives role, but she always brought the drama.
In the blink of an eye, the marriage was over, and Danielle was divorced. Don’t worry–she was engaged again to Oliver Maier a couple of weeks later for the 21st time. Just…wow.
Now Danielle is once again a single woman. New Jersey–you have been warned! Back on RHONJ Season 1, Teresa was busy calling Danielle “a prostitution whore” and flipping a table at her. Ah, memories. But when Teresa came back from prison camp, she and Danielle re-connected over their love of yoga.
Last season, the Housewives split into two factions, and Teresa again had Danielle’s back. Teresa’s sister-in-law Melissa and long-time bestie Dolores Catania were baffled as to why Teresa stayed loyal to Danielle. Well, it sounds like those days are over.

In an interview with OK! Magazine, Danielle commented on her current friendship status with Teresa. “I wouldn’t know. I’m far too busy and focused on my life now,” Danielle said. “I’ve been trying so much in my life to fit in with other people’s molds or what they need from me.”
Danielle stated that she has been focusing on some business ventures recently. I wonder what type of business? “I’m just fulfilling my own needs. I hope everything is good for her. I wouldn’t wish her ill at all,” Danielle stated. She also said, “I mean it’s been a 13-year relationship so we’ll see what happens.”

Danielle couldn’t share many details of what happened during Season 10. However, she did say, “I really wish I could but I can’t and even if I wanted to I’m not sure what happened! I guess we’ll see on the show when it airs.”
This time around, Danielle isn’t sure if she and Teresa will mend their friendship. Danielle shared, “I don’t think that way. I can’t anymore. I have to go my own way and do my own thing and whatever happens, happens. If our paths cross then we’ll see then. Right now, I can’t focus on what about this or what about that,” Danielle said. “I don’t want to fit into anyone else’s mold but my own.”

Melissa is overjoyed by Teresa breaking off contact with Danielle. Melissa spoke to US Weekly about the broken friendship between Danielle and Teresa. “I might have something to do with that. Just saying,” Melissa remarked.
Since Danielle is on the outs with Teresa, who was her major ally, it will be interesting to see if Danielle will continue to be part of the show after this season wraps.
