The next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: We Have No Money is currently filming. We are already looking forward to two new ladies joining the cast. Our thirst for high fashion will be quenched with Kyle Richards’ caftan collection. And we are getting our first Beverly Hills baby, courtesy of magic Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. What more could we ask for? Oh that’s right, the numerous court cases going on.
Let’s see what Dorit and PK Kemsley have for us this week! We have all become familiar with the couple’s debts, despite their penchant for high-dollar living. Someone from PK’s past is trying very hard to hold him accountable for a great deal of money he was loaned. In 2011, Nicos Kirzis gave PK a leg up in the wallet department. Problem is, PK filed for bankruptcy in his homeland, and decided he was no longer responsible for paying Nicos back. Well, Nicos began bringing down the hammer, much to the delight of dogs and viewers. While PK and Dorit continue to battle this dispute in court, right now things ain’t looking great for Encino’s finest.
Omg, just pay this guy back already. We are always hearing about how rich PK and Dorit are, so why doesn’t he cut this dude a check and end the drama? I might know why. And you might know why. But let’s have them duke it out for the sake of Lisa Vanderpump’s memory a story line! Recently, another financial account of Dorit’s was called into question. You may remember Dorit’s loss of about $30k when her funds were frozen to determine who gets the cash. Well, it was a score for Nicos, and he isn’t quite done yet.
According to NEW documents obtained by The Blast, PK is currently “pleading with a judge” to not allow other bank accounts to be seized. Let’s briefly imagine PK pleading to the judge, shall we? “Oi mate, ya cain’t be seizing me assets, that’s a right kick in the arse!” [end scene] In more literal terms, PK is requesting the court to block his creditor’s collections attempts.

Nicos has made moves on PK’s overseas accounts as well. He is going for the entire lot! The lender also believes PK has been depositing his income in more of Dorit’s bank accounts. Does being Boy George’s umbrella holder count as income? In the newly filed papers, PK demands the judge shut down Dorit’s account from being seized. PK claims his UK accounts cannot legally be touched.
PK feels UK law prohibits his bank account from being snatched and argues Nicos has no right to the assets in the account. PK also says there is no evidence he deposited money in Dorit’s bank. He is now saying Dorit is not liable for debt he incurred prior to their marriage. PK stated, “Here, the Kirzis notes were incurred in 2011, Mr. and Mrs. Kemsley were married in 2015, and Mrs. Kemsley’s earnings have always been kept in a separate account with no commingling with any community property.” Ooooo, did PK find himself a loophole?

PK concluded his argument with, “Accordingly, as the Court agreed earlier, Mrs. Kemsley’s earnings are not liable for the Kirzis debt.” Um, then why did Dorit’s 30 grand go to Nicos? And we can’t forget about those lingering tax debts! Oh PK, this probably won’t end well – but it sure is karma entertaining. The court case is on-going.
