Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members have never shied away from getting a little nip here or tuck there. And for the most part, they are pretty open about it. Dolores Catania admitted to having a neck lift, face lift, and some other procedures in the past. Teresa Giudice finally got her “bubbies” done during the first season of the show.
Melissa Gorga toyed with the idea of getting her butt enhanced, and later admitted to getting a nose job. Melissa decided to have the procedure after watching herself on her first season of RHONJ. Margaret Josephs even had a face lift between the end of filming Season 9 and the reunion.
In an interview with toofab, Jackie Goldschneider explained why she decided to get her lips done. “Last season, people had a lot to say about my lips. Oh, my goodness! They called me paper-cut lips! And it got inside my head, and as soon as filming for Season 9 was over, I went and I got lips,” Jackie shared. “I mean, I never even thought about it before; I always thought I had nice lips! But I got lips, and I’m actually really happy. They do look much better.”
So, who does Jackie go to when she wants advice about changing her appearance? Margaret is Jackie’s plastic surgery and beauty procedure guru.

Jackie shared, “Any time I’m thinking of getting something done, I call her and I’m like, ‘Do you think I should get this?’ And she always is like, ‘Stop it right now. You’re beautiful!’ Margaret is just the best, and she always reminds me that I’m beautiful and that I don’t need it and that I’m still on the young side and to not get carried away. You just have to learn to trust the people who love you and not the people who comment online,” Jackie stated.
Of course, last season Margaret did tell Jennifer Aydin that Jennifer’s plump pout “looked like a monkey’s a**hole.” Is that the new, hot trend in lips? Is that somehow a compliment? I am confused.

Maybe the Housewives should pump the brakes on getting lip fillers and cosmetic treatments for a little while before they morph into totally different people. Just saying.
Jackie, and her new lips, are ready for Season 10 of RHONJ. And Jackie has made it clear that she is not afraid of “OG” Housewife Teresa. Jackie even called out Teresa for posting two videos of Jennifer imitating Jackie. And so the drama begins!
