Kenya Moore’s return to Real Housewives of Atlanta has been surrounded by drama. Kenya was allegedly let go after Season 10 for refusing to film with her husband. Now she has twirled back for Season 12, and I am here for it!
On November 4, 2018 Kenya and her husband Marc Daly welcomed their daughter, Brooklyn Daly. But in September, Kenya announced that she and her camera-shy husband were divorcing after two years of marriage.
In a statement to People, Kenya said, “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby.”
There have been rumors that Marc allegedly cheated on Kenya. According to HollywoodLife, Kenya wasn’t happy when she found out that Marc had a weird friendship with her arch-rival, NeNe Leakes, and that Marc was giving NeNe information about their marriage. Yikes!

But there is one RHOA star who is still holding out some hope for a reconciliation. Of course, Cynthia Bailey is in love and CHilling with her man Mike Hill, so that could account for her positive outlook. Cynthia was elated when Mike popped the question on July 26.
In an interview with US Weekly, Cynthia discussed the state of Kenya’s marriage. “This is her first marriage. I think she went into it for all the right reasons,” Cynthia shared. “She is still very much in love with her husband, and who knows? Maybe they can still work it out in the end.”

The model and entrepreneur hopes that both Marc and Kenya end up in a good place. “I think they both deserve to be happy whether they’re together or not, and I’m not the kind of mom or parent that thinks that you have to be with the father of your child to be able to be good parents to your children,” Cynthia stated. “I personally don’t think that because you have a kid with somebody is the only reason to stay with that person.”
RHOA fans know that Cynthia shares her only child, daughter Noelle Robinson, with her ex Leon Robinson. The duo has been able to remain the best of friends while they co-parent.

Cynthia told US Weekly that Kenya and Marc’s break-up was a surprise. “I knew there were some issues. I’m not going to lie about that. She shared a lot with me, but I didn’t think it was anything that couldn’t be fixed,” Cynthia stated. “I just was really rooting for them, especially since they have this new beautiful daughter together. However, I’m seeing Kenya, and nobody’s in your bedroom with your man but you. … I want her to be happy because I know what it feels like to be in something and not have peace.” (Special shout out to Cynthia’s ex-husband, Peter Thomas.)
