She may not be “important enough to hate,” but is she important enough to marry? Vanderpump Rules Stassi Schroeder and fiance Beau Clark are the next ones to walk down the aisle. Which has some wondering if boss Lisa Vanderpump will be the one to officiate their wedding.
Lisa and Stassi certainly have a long history together. And Lisa does have experience, having married costars Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Tom Schwartz. But will Stassi want to copy what someone else has already done?
The cast of Pump Rules have been growing and moving into new stages of their lives. We’ve seen quite a few marry. First, it was Katie and Tom. Followed by Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor. Who took the plunge in a fairy tale wedding last summer. Now, we have Jax’s former girlfriend, Stassi, about to settle down. With a man who accepts her AND her dark passenger.
Beau definitely seems to get Stassi After all, he did propose to her in a cemetery. And now we are learning they want to marry in Rome. But the biggest question is who will marry them? Will they get Lisa? Or maybe a former boy band singer ala Lance Bass? According to Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Stassi and Beau shared the news during a Basically Stassi panel at BravoCon. When a fan asked if Lisa would be the officiant for their wedding Beau responded, “No we love Lisa, but it’s like,” before his soon to be bride jumped in. “It’s been done,” Stassi added.

During the panel, Stassi shared that the couple are planning on marrying in October. Why you may wonder? Well, it’s pretty simple. “Beau and I agreed when we got engaged that the number on thing that we know for sure about our wedding is we don’t want to sweat,” Stassi explained. Makes complete sense to me. Beau added to this by saying, “You know when you’re at a really great venue and it’s summer and you’re in a suit and the guys get to wear the tie and I have eczema so I have a breakdown…”
In other interesting news, it sound as though Jax may be planning Beau’s bachelor party. And Brittany will plan Stassi’s bachelorette party. It’s nice everyone can get long so well now. Except for the fact that the bride and groom’s decision to have a small, intimate wedding is ruffling some feathers. While Stassi, in her past, may have had the same horrible taste in men as Brittany, that is where the similarities end. Stassi isn’t about to start inviting everyone whose feelings are hurt.

“This is my wedding,” she explained, “I’m allowed to do whatever the f**k I want to do. It’s like, bitch, if I haven’t gone to lunch with you in the past year then no, you’re not invited.” Hats off to Stassi for standing her ground.
