Denise Richards & Aaron Phypers Sued For Trashing Rental Property; Denise Claps Back Via Her Lawyer

During the last Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season, Denise Richards‘ biggest issue with her cast members was wearing casual shorts while all the other Housewives were dressed to the nines for a “low key” gathering at a hotel room in the Bahamas.

Of course, she, her husband Aaron Phypers, and their daughters also dealt with the aftermath of the California wildfires that damaged their home. But, other than that, Denise’s rookie season was a pretty easy one for her. But, you know what they say though, “when it rains it pours.” Denise is reportedly on the outs with her RHOBH costars for missing cast events due to her “busy acting schedule.” Rumors are running rampant about alleged sexual encounters between Denise and Brandi Glanville. And now, Denise and her husband Aaron are getting sued for trashing a Los Angeles rental property…. allegedly.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Denise and Aaron leased a Los Angeles home together on July 22, 2018, and signed a lease that included a specific clause about the pets they were allowed to have inside of the home.

The lawsuit says that Denise agreed there “would house no animals on the property other than two pot-bellied pigs and three dogs.” She and Aaron also promised to “safeguard the property, keeping it clean and sanitary, would pay for all damage to the property caused by tenants or pets.” Apparently, that’s not what happened though.

However, Denise denied this via a letter from her lawyer, which was also obtained by The Blast. The letter stated, “First and foremost, since you are claiming damages to the property for repair and replacements then I am entitled to see descriptive invoices paid or pending, including receipts and other documents describing damages.”

The lawyer said that the only thing sent over was an estimate for $113,000 in repairs that had yet to be paid. Also, there were no photos or video of any supposed damages. Not only that, but the home recently sold at a fair price, which should mean that Aaron and Denise wouldn’t be held accountale for any of the previous issues.

A source also told The Blast that Aaron and Denise never actually lived in the rental property. Apparently, a close family member lived there for several months…. (and “allegedly” trashed the place).

TELL US- WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE LEGAL DRAMA? IS IT A RED FLAG THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER DIDN’T PROVIDE ANY PHOTO OR VIDEO EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE?
