During the Vanderpump Rules Season 8 premiere episode, Stassi Schroeder (hilariously) pointed out that all of the cast members’ houses all look alike. So, of course, this begs the question: who has the best house? Obviously, this is a completely subjective thing, but, plenty of cast members have shared their two cents about this.
Back in the summer, Lala Kent dished on the new homes with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. When she was asked to pick her favorite, Lala said, “Um, I think Jax [Taylor] and Brittany [Cartwright]. Their whole set up, it’s very homey, their backyard is amazing. I think they got like a stellar house.” She also threw in a diss about Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s new place when she said, “I mean Tom and Ariana don’t have furniture.” It does take some people time to furnish a new home. They must have furniture by now though, right?
In September, Ariana responded to that diss with this tweet: “we are enjoying taking our time furnishing our home with pieces we really love and mean something to us. could have bought that beige staging furniture, but that’s just not how we roll. we dont care to just fill it with stuff. she can diss all she wants. she doesn’t live there.”
And Lala isn’t the only one dissing the house. During an interview for Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast, Jax said, “They don’t have furniture. They rent furniture weekly when they have people over. You’ll see it. It’s hilarious. You have a 5,500 square foot home. Beautiful home. Their home is gorgeous, bigger than ours, [for] two people. Which is another weird thing to me: why do you need a six-bedroom house with two people? That’s weird…. to me, again.”

Jax emphasized, “They don’t have any furniture, so nobody went over there.”
The conversation wasn’t all negative though. Jax did dish out some compliments… to himself. Jax remarked, “I just think my house is the best. I have a great backyard, I’ve got a cool pool. I’ve got a barbeque. And again, I’m old school and want to do the yard games, the barbeque, and that kind of stuff. I’m not interested in a lot of what they do.” He didn’t specify what he’s specifically “not interested,” but I wish he did.
