Meghan Edmonds and her soon-to-be-ex-husband Jim Edmonds love talking to the media amid their messy divorce. Yesterday, the blogs were buzzing after Meghan told her podcast listeners (yes, she has a podcast now) that Jim is currently dating a former friend of hers that they had a threesome with years ago. She also claimed that she did this to make Jim happy earlier on in their marriage.
Jim clapped back claiming that Meghan initiated “more than a few threesomes” and said that she hooked up with some women when he wasn’t around; i.e. she cheated on him. Well, considering Jim’s own issues with fidelity, very few people have sympathy for the former MLB star. Pot, meet kettle. And, of course, this story is not done because both Jim and Meghan just love getting in the last word.
Meghan told Page Six, “I never initiated anything. I went along with things because I thought that’s what he wanted. I wanted to feel as comfortable as possible. We only had one threesome and only once during our marriage and that was with his current girlfriend.” I get it, that has to sting, but girl, this is just getting way out of hand with the messiness.
Meghan continued, “I think his attempt to sex shame me illustrates the vile mind of this man. I am the mother of his children and to attempt to exploit deeply personal decisions we made as a couple is his attempt to damage the mother of his children and also attempts to demean me in the most vulnerable way possible: sex.”

Meghan, you’re the one who brought this up first. He only responded to the comments Meghan made on her own podcast, where she, in fact, revealed the threesome(s).
Meghan told the publication, “It’s sick to break me down like this while I’m with all of our kids every day and night and he’s on day 5 of gallivanting around Cabo with my former friend/whore whose going on shopping sprees with his new f–k buddy.”

So, is calling this woman a “whore” not sex-shaming? Once again, pot, meet kettle. And how is it news that Meghan is taking care of these kids (primarily) on her own? Jim wasn’t even the room when they were conceived. Instead, her mom was there by her side for the insemination.
Oh, the hypocrisy, all around. I’m waiting for Jim to clap back at this clap back in 3… 2… 1….
