Fans are wondering who will join Real Housewives of Orange County after the news broke that Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge are done with the show. Since nothing else has been announced, it’s safe to assume that Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, aand Braunwyn Windham-Burke will be back for Season 15. Nevertheless, it’s unclear if they’ll be full-time or if they’ll get demoted to a part-time role, like Vicki was for Season 14.
Most likely, nothing will be “officially” confirmed until Season 15 has finished filming and the network is gearing up to promote the show, but there is one name floating around about a possible new cast member.
According to the website TV Deets, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is the show’s newest Housewife. No, I’m not referring to the Elizabeth Vargas, the A&E reporter and documentary anchor.
TV Deets reports that Elizabeth is good friends with Kelly and she is the Founder/CEO of Edge Music, which is a streaming service and digital music label. The site also shared that Elizabeth is in the middle of divorcing Bernt Bodal, so he will most likely not appear on the show. Then again, we have seen Margaret Josephs’ ex-husband Jan and Dolores Catania’s ex-husband Frank Catania on Real Housewives of New Jersey many times.

Apparently, Elizabeth has already started filming aand she recently attended Braunwyn’s birthday. Elizabeth is following all of the RHOC cast members on Instagram. Kelly, Emily, and Braunwyn have followed her back. Meanwhile, Gina and Shannon have not, which is no surprise since Shannon has never prided herself on being a member of the RHOC welcome committee and Gina didn’t really give Braunwyn a shot last season.
An insider told TV Deets, “Elizabeth is wild! She is bold, charismatic, and so open.” That sounds promising, yet vague. The website also pointed out that Kelly tweeted, “How is everyone’s week going?” a few days ago. In response, Elizabeth tweeted, “AMAZING” with a winking face emoji and some raised hand emojis. Could that be a hint that Elizabeth joined the show? Or is she simply having an amazing week?
