Kandi Burruss Real Housewives of Atlanta RHOA

Report: Kandi Burruss “Desperate” For Real Housewives Of Atlanta Spinoff

It is nerve-wracking to be an “OG” Housewife right now. Before, that was the plum position to have. Now it makes you a target for a demotion, or being fired. Kandi Burruss, who joined Real Housewives of Atlanta in Season 2, is concerned about losing her full-time gig.

Lisa Vanderpump decided to quit  Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Real Housewives of Orange County “OG”’s Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge decided to leave the show after being offered positions as “Friends of the Housewives” for next season.

Over at RHOA, NeNe Leakes is involved in…something. She has hired legal eagle Lisa Bloom, but the reason why is unknown. NeNe has been missing from some episodes this season. NeNe’s friend, Wendy Williams, told the world that NeNe wanted to walk away from RHOA, and that NeNe has a huge secret. And no—it’s not what is in her closet. (I still want closure about that closet!)

According to RadarOnline, Kandi is rumored to be anxious that her peach is on the chopping block. “She is worried that her time on RHOA is coming to an end,” a source reportedly said. The insider added that Kandi allegedly “pitched a spinoff show about her growing family and her businesses.”

Kandi is supposedly the second-highest-paid Atlanta Housewife, right after NeNe. For Season 12, Kandi pocketed a cool $2.3 million. And Kandi is actually rich, bitch! She is reportedly worth about $40 million. Wow! That’s impressive.

“Kandi wants to stay on TV, and she thinks her own family drama is something that viewers would want to see,” a source reported. “Mama Joyce, Todd [Tucker] and her manager, Don Juan, are all on board.”

Much of Kandi’s storyline this season dealt with preparing for the arrival of baby Blaze Tucker, who was born via surrogate in November of 2019. She has also faced increasing tension (again) between her husband, Todd, and her opinionated mother, Mama Joyce.

Kandi has been stirring the pot this season, but so far has remained pretty neutral among the Atlanta ladies. But is Kandi doing enough to keep that big paycheck?

The singer and entrepreneur has a track record of successful spinoffs on Bravo, including Kandi’s Wedding. I do like Kandi, so I hope that she can remain on RHOA, or does get her own show.

TELL US: DO YOU THINK THAT KANDI IS GOING TO BE FIRED OR DEMOTED FOR NEXT SEASON? DO YOU WANT KANDI TO STAY ON RHOA? WOULD YOU WATCH ANOTHER KANDI SPINOFF?
