Hell hath no fury like a scorned Shannon Storms Beador! Shannon is the last surviving member of the Tres Amigas on Real Housewives of Orange County. If we’ve learned anything about her over the years, it’s that she does not take any accusation or legal battle lying down. This woman makes it her job to ensure that we ALL SEE THE TRUTH!
This past season of RHOC we gained more info about the lawsuit filed by human garbage pile Jim Bellino against Shannon and Tamra Judge. Viewers discovered some of this information simply because Kelly Dodd likes to shout about legal issues (looking at you Jane Roe Vicki Gunvalson). But now this lawsuit has apparently been settled and Shannon is coming for Jimbo’s money in the name of Jesus – er Jesus Jugs.
According to The Blast, Shannon is asking a judge to allow her to question Alexis Bellino about Jim’s financial situation. Put simply, Jim’s case against Shannon was dismissed. Shannon has been awarded, according to The Blast, $138,000 in attorney fees. She is now attempting to get that money by looking into Jim’s assets.
Shannon claims that Jim has not paid anything on the judgment. Jim has been ordered to appear in court in March, and if he doesn’t show, he will be found in contempt of court. Shannon wants attorneys to depose Alexis because, according to documents obtained by The Blast, “she [Alexis] has unique knowledge of Judgment Debtor Bellino’s financial condition and/or assets.”

In addition to deposing Jesus Jugs, Shannon has also filed a lien (google it) over Jim’s $4 million dollar mansion in Orange County. Basically, that lien will enable Shannon to get the $138,000 she’s owed if the house gets sold. I hope she gets paid because Jim is a forever embarrassment to men who have appeared on this franchise.
Bottom line, Shannon has great lawyers. I wouldn’t want to ever mess with her in a legal battle. Let’s see if Alexis can stop making out with her new man long enough to show up to court.
