Teddi Mellencamp isn’t exactly the most interesting housewife. For presumably this reason, she’s not a fan favorite either. We fans have long been complaining about her bland personality and lack of contribution to the show. But Real Housewives of Beverly Hills producers just aren’t listening. So here we are, stuck with her. To be clear, I don’t hate Teddi, I just find her really boring.
But I guess Teddi has given us something in the last few months. Pregnant on the latest season of RHOBH, Teddi has since given birth to daughter, Dove. Yeah, Dove. She previously posted on Instagram asking for votes on names. All were pretty bad but this is the one she went with, guys. She also is trying to keep us accountable during the coronavirus outbreak, offering free videos of her workouts on social media. Unfortunately, that’s not enough for me to hold any real interest in her as a person. I know I sound harsh but I like my housewives with a story line. Lying about your season-long involvement in puppygate when you’re an accountability coach ain’t cutting it.
One person who probably doesn’t find Teddi’s role in puppygate all that bland would be the woman at the center of it all. Lisa Vanderpump took the fall for Teddi and maybe rightfully so. But the two are still required to exist in the Bravo universe together, thanks to Stassi Schroeder and her upcoming wedding. The Vanderpump Rules star is busy planning for her wedding to fiance Beau Clark and has invited Lisa AND Teddi to the affair.
So is Teddi worried? She tells Us Weekly she’s really not. According to Teddi, “I think it would be fine. Even after Lisa and I had our issues, we still saw one another at Denise [Richards’] wedding and we were fine.” She thinks it should be all about the bride and groom at their wedding, something I can finally agree with her on. “Anytime you go to a wedding, hopefully, you’re not making it about yourself and your personal issues. I would assume the priority will be on Stassi and Beau.”

Either way, Teddi is hoping the October wedding in Italy isn’t canceled altogether due to coronavirus. She says, “Nobody knows how long things are gonna happen, and everything is just day by day, one foot in front of the other.”
Stassi and Beau were recently on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, talking about the possibility. They told Andy they recently bought plane tickets and made sure to mention they are “really cheap right now”. Beau also shared that he has relatives in Italy. He added, they “are all healthy, but they’re not allowed to leave, like, 200 meters from their homes.”

Despite Teddi saying it’s all good, I would love the chance to see how this run in plays out.
