Raquel Leviss and James Kennedy’s relationship is always a hot topic on Vanderpump Rules. Since the couple started dating they have had to endure rumors of Kennedy cheating on her with multiple people. Raquel has also had to defend James and his behavior more than once to every person on the cats, including their boss Lisa Vanderpump!
They pair has been going strong since 2017, they took things to the next level last year by moving in together and getting an adorable puppy. Despite the numerous accusations of James cheating Raquel has stayed by his side. Even after he has disrespected her with his drunk text and calls during Season 8. Even after all this Raquel has made it her mission to keep the 27-year-old DJ on track, by driving him to AA meetings and keeping him accountable. As of now, James is sober and doing very well.
I guess we have to see how this season ends because it seems that Raquel is hearing wedding bells or at least seeing some bling in her future. The 25-year-old beauty queen spoke with HollywoodLife and said “We’ve been talking about engagement for a long time,” she revealed. “He’s mentioned it to me several times and I told him I would tell him when I’m ready. I see it in the future.”

Even though Raquel is ready, it seems as if her parents are not on the same page with the SURver! Raquel continued, “It’s not that I’m not ready. I would love to have my parents’ approval on it. We’ve been together for a long time. My parents have seen all the sides of James as well, so my parents are super supportive of our relationship now, it’s just making sure I have their approval before I make the next step.”

From the looks of Instagram, the couple seems to be enjoying their time together during this quarantine. On April 7th Raquel posted an Instagram video of the two being overly affectionate with each other, James gives her a big smooch on her wrist and she shows her excitement.
