It seems like the Carter chapter of Vanderpump Rules is finally over! Or at least it is in real life. Who knows how many more episodes Kristen Doute will mention his name this season? But, at least she has a new man.
Kristen has been teasing her new relationship for a while, but she hadn’t officially confirmed his identity.
Recently, Us Weekly revealed that Kristen’s new man is a guy named Alex Menache. Does Kristen have some sort of exclusive deal with Us Weekly? The magazine shared a handful of articles about this new relationship within 48 hours.
Apparently, Alex is one of Tom Schwartz’s best friends, according to Us Weekly. That’s gotta be pretty awkward considering how much Kristen and Katie Maloney hate each other right now.

The magazine also reported that he’s good at house flipping, but didn’t make it clear if that was a side hobby or how he makes a living. Then, Us Weekly revealed that Kristen cut Alex’s hair before they made a lasagna for Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. How riveting. Again, I would love to know if the Vanderpump Rules star and the magazine cut some sort of deal to produce (mundane) content. It’s wild how none of this info comes from Kristen’s mouth, yet there’s such great detail. Or maybe this guy Alex is just super thirsty. We will find out soon enough.
In yet another Us Weekly article, Kristen’s publicist an “inside source” claimed, “Alex likes girls with a sense of humor. He’s hilarious.” Oh. That same person shared, “He wants to get married and have kids soon. He’s from the Valley and he owns a lot of apartment buildings in the L.A. area. He’s not the L.A. type who is friends with lots of celebs though. He has been looking for a wife.”

Well, we all know how much Kristen wants to get married. Maybe next season of Vanderpump Rules will revolve around Kristen’s wedding journey. Ugh, not another wedding-centered season. We’ve had enough.
