There is a new Real Housewives of New York episode on tonight. Normally, the Big Apple residents come through. However, this season, there’s no plot in sight. The show used to be so great, but at this point, it almost feels like a chore to watch. Let’s hope that things pick up tonight. The ladies celebrate Halloween. Previously, they’ve celebrated at Blue Stone Manor, Dorinda Medley’s home in the Berkshires. Tonight, they participate in a holiday-themed tour called Blood Manor.
Tinsley Mortimer returns from visiting Scott Kluth in Chicago. She has some “big news” to share with her costars friends. Most likely, she’s just going to confirm that she and Scott are “officially” back together, which is a surprise to no one. Or maybe she’s gonna tell them that she’s making the move to Chicago, which, again is a surprise to absolutely no one. But, at least Tinsley’s mom Dale Mercer makes an appearance, which is always entertaining… at Tinsley’s expense, of course.
Ramona Singer annoys Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan with her over-the-top ideas planning her birthday party. Dorinda remarks, “It’s always the Ramona Show.” Sonja reminds Ramona that she and Dorinda have birthdays that same time of year.

And, it’s just a surprise that they’re even surprised about any of this by this point. That’s just who Ramona is.
