Real Housewives of New Jersey fans have become invested in Teresa Giudice‘s daughters’ lives since the first season. They’re not the babies that we “met” when the show first started. They’re growing up and coming into their own and that includes switching up their appearance.
If you thought Gia Giudice looked a bit different in her recent photos it’s because she does. She recently copped to a nose job and she’s not here for the haters. The oldest Giudice daughter is all about keeping it positive.
Gia shared a photo of her with Teresa, which she used as an opportunity to discuss her recent change. She admitted, “yes I got a nose job. yes I’m swollen.” Then, she gave a shout out to her doctor, making me feel like she got a free or heavily discounted surgery in exchange for the plug. She wrote, “thank you so much @drtobiasnyc I’m absolutely in love with it.”
Her post concluded, “I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!!” Good for you, Gia. There’s nothing wrong with getting a nose job from a reputable surgeon. In contrast, we’ve seen other Housewives’ offspring do much more with the cosmetic procedures.

Teresa commented, “Couldn’t be more proud of you… You are beautiful inside and out Love you to infinity and beyond.” Gia’s dad Joe Giudice told her, “You look beautiful my beautiful princess.”
In response to Gia’s post, Milania Giudice commented, “so beautiful I love you.”

Teresa’s co-star Margaret Josephs wrote, “Congrats !! You were always a stunning beauty and even more beautiful with your new found happiness !! I know @drtobiasnyc for many years and he is fabulous doctor! Thrilled for you xoxo.” RHONJ alum Dina Manzo remarked, “Gorgeous inside and out no matter what. love you.”
