Previously, disgraced Southern Charm alum Thomas Ravenel blamed his son’s developmental struggles on Kathryn Dennis (allegedly) drinking and doing drugs while she was pregnant.
Now, Thomas is a father of three, recently having a child with another ex-girlfriend of his, Heather Mascoe. The two are not currently together, but he has nothing but praise for her, (seemingly) served up with a side of shade aimed at Kathryn.
He shared an admittedly adorable photo of his baby, which would have been a nice post to share. However, he got super messy, writing, “That smile is the result of a mom who’s been PERFECT for the last 11 months. I want to publicly acknowledge and tell her: Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve given our son a solid path that will embrace him own his journey throughout his life. Thank you Heather Mascoe.”
Is that shade toward Kathryn? Is that shade toward his other kids? It just doesn’t seem “nice,” that’s for sure.

In response, someone wrote, “Who’s been ‘PERFECT’ the past 11 months. interesting way to put that. Sounds like a dig at KD. Why do that? Rise above. Do better.”
That’s when Thomas said, “That’s a great philosophy. Let’s never recognize anyone’s remarkable effort and sacrifice because you think that perhaps someone else is so insecure and so self-absorbed that they’ll wrongly take offense and crumble.”

And I’m also going to assume that he’s calling Kathryn “so insecure” and “so self-absorbed.” That just seems like a Thomas thing to do. So much for a peaceful co-parenting situation.
