Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has gone through quite some changes in their cast as of late. After Lisa Vanderpump exited the show, they have a had a hard time finding their footing. Sure, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke were great additions, but were they enough?
Especially since we saw fan fav Denise Richards get chased off by her castmates. And with Teddi Mellencamp unceremoniously canned, that leaves some shoes to fill. There have been talks about Kris Jenner or Kathy Hilton joining the fray. But nothing has been confirmed and we are left waiting and wondering what direction the franchise will go in. But as it turns out, they weren’t the only names that are being thrown around.
Garcelle didn’t just bring a fresh breath of air to the show this season. She also brought a friend in Ali Landry. We saw the two on screen together while Garcelle celebrated her new house. Now Ali is coming out and saying she was in talks with producers of RHOBH to be part of the cast.
As reported by Daily Mail, Ali recently made the admission on Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live. According to Ali, she’s been in talks with producers but said she’s “not sure it’s for me.” When asked by host Jeff Lewis if she might become the newest housewife, she answered, “Oh, I don’t know Jeff.”

Ali continued, “I mean, the last time we spoke, I had gone through… I talked to them like three or four different times, the executive producers. And they said, of course, we would let you know, but, in my heart, I shared that with you, I honestly don’t know.”
She does admit that it’s hard to see her friends Kyle Richards and Garcelle fighting on the show. Ali said, “I do have two of my really good friends on there, and it’s killing me that they’re in a fight.”

Ali revealed, ‘They genuinely do not like each other. I adore them both so much. I feel like it’s a big misunderstanding and they need to start from scratch.” Could Ali be the one to patch things up for them next season? Ali concluded, “I don’t know, we’ll see. Look, I’m surrendering to the whole experience. No plans, no expectations.”
I for one would love to see Ali on the show. I think she would be fun and I would love to see Ali and Garcelle form a much needed alliance. And hey, maybe Ali could finally bring an actual story line to the table.
