As if reality TV stars looking for attention via a gender reveal wasn’t annoying enough, Vanderpump Rules stars Scheana Shay and Lala Kent got into a spat one. Scheana said she was upset Lala excluded her from a gender reveal and slammed her for not being there for her during her miscarriage.
Lala called out Scheana’s boyfriend Brock Davies, slammed her for having a new best friend every week, said Scheana makes everything about her (pot, meet kettle), and roasted Scheana for bringing up her hookup with John Mayer “100 years later” This all played out on social media and in podcast episodes, but it was honestly much more entertaining than the most recent Vanderpump Rules season. If only someone was filming this.
During an appearance on the #NoFilter With Zack Peter podcast, Scheana picked up where the beef left off, telling Zack, “It took a lot in me to not respond, but I was just trying to be the bigger person and not keep this immature war going. I simply said a very short, not detailed version of what happened that weekend in Palm Springs. I was just pointing out the facts [that] I was hurt on my podcast.”
Scheana recalled, “My feelings were hurt. I was hurt that I wasn’t invited to her gender reveal and I was just hurt at the way she wasn’t there for me. That was it. I wasn’t trying to come for her character or anything like that. I was just pointing out the fact that I was hurt and she goes and does this Instagram Live and a few people sent me screen records of it and I was like ‘You know, that’s Lala. She goes on Instagram Live rants and whatever. That’s what it is.'”

However, Lala did more than just post an IG live video reaction. She also took the time to type up an itemized list of insults aimed at Scheana. Scheana recalled, “And then a day or two later, I saw her [4 point list] completely bashing my relationships, saying ‘this is why her relationships are a train wreck’ and bringing up John Mayer, which is so irrelevant… I was like ‘I wasn’t even coming for you. I was pointing out the fact that I was hurt.'”
Scheana also slammed Lala for not reaching out to her personally, which is ironic since Scheana using this for podcast fodder was the start of the whole beef. Scheana quipped, “You say I live on my own planet, so do you, sweetheart.”

Scheana pointed out, “She’s still talking about it on her podcast.” Yes, Scheana’s name is even in a recent episode description.
“What pissed me off the most about that situation is that she lied. She said on her live that I didn’t ask her to come over,” Scheana said. She continued, “You think in the midst of my panic attack, when I’m begging you to come over, you just casually mention that you have dinner plans. Why would I even know if you were going to dinner if I didn’t ask you to come over? You said ‘I can’t right now because I have dinner.'”

Scheana added, “She said she was there for me that day in the same capacity as my mother. The fact that she thinks she is up there with my mom is just a whole new low for her. Good riddance. I unfollowed her.”
Scheana claimed, “I never see a friendship with her again and I’m completely fine with that because, honestly, for the last three years, I felt myself forcing a friendship with her because every time she hurts me, she feels bad, she begs for my forgiveness (when there’s a camera in her face), and I forgive her.” Sounds about right.

She insisted, “I haven’t wanted this friendship to continue for years and I just keep forgiving you.” Then, she declared, “At this point, I’m done. I don’t have room for that type of fakenesss in my life anymore.”
Scheana and Lala aren’t following each other on the gram, but where does Stassi Schroeder fit into this? Scheana recently praised Stassi for being super supportive during her miscarriage. Ironically, that’s why they aren’t friends anymore.

Scheana began, “I unfollowed her first. She returned the favor.” She went on to explain, “I unfollowed her, which is very ironic, for the exact same thing that I praised her about, being there for me, is the exact same reason we’re not friends anymore.”
She shared that Stassi sent her very sweet messages during live chat with fans, which rubbed Stassi the wrong way. Meanwhile, everyone else is sharing racist remarks that Stassi has made. Shouldn’t she be grateful that Scheana was actually sharing something nice that Stassi said? Use your head, girl.

“I remember sharing that she sent me a very sweet text and I may have likely read part of her text because it was so sweet,” Scheana recalled.
Scheana continued, “Right before Jax [Taylor] and Brittany [Cartwright]‘s gender reveal, I get a text from her. Here I am, sharing her private messages again. She said she had no interest in continuing anything more than surface level with me because she was informed I was reading her private messages to strangers.”

Again, this is way better press than the obviously planted stories from Stassi’s crisis PR team. She should really be thanking Scheana, but here she is.
Scheana remarked, “I have no idea why you would be mad I shared that.” Same here, but then again, this is the same person who slammed the #MeToo movement and complained about the Black community wanting fair representation in film.
