Braunwyn Windham-Burke may have had her first season on Real Housewives of Orange County but it was a doozy. She made quite the splash with her sexy marriage and gaggle of kids. Honestly, I still can’t get over how she has seven kids and enough energy to party with this cast. Regardless, she brought it on her first season and I think most of us fans are glad to see her coming back.
But Braunwyn has proven herself to be quite the force off screen too. She’s come out saying that her marriage is a “modern” one. She’s come for ex-castmates Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Brauwnyn has also proven herself to be a worthy advocate for the issues we are facing in this country today.
Which makes it no surprise that she might not be getting along with her castmates. Kelly Dodd has been getting herself into very hot water over her coronavirus comments as of late. And Braunwyn definitely isn’t here for that or anything else that Kelly might have to say.
Braunwyn recently spoke with Digital Spy and told us her thoughts. She put it bluntly and said, “I have a lot of thoughts on [Kelly]. I’m saving most of them for the reunion, but Kelly and I are diametrically opposed right now with our ideology. I think everyone knows that.” Yes, we sure do.

She continued, “I have to say that the pandemic separated us, physically, but I didn’t know how much it was going to drive us apart. It’s been very hard to keep my mouth shut. Part of the thing you do when you’re on this show is you let the story play out for the viewers.” Braunwyn admitted, “I’m keeping my opinions to myself for now, but watch the reunion. Because yeah, I have a lot of thoughts.” I love reunions and this little teaser makes me even more excited.
As for the rest of the cast, Braunwyn is on the outs with them too. She revealed, “Right now, I’m not speaking to any of my cast. And, you get to see how that all happens. 2020 is the most transformative year of my life. I let the cameras into some really real, raw moments. You come on a journey for me that I think is going to help a lot of people. I know it is.”

Braunwyn elaborated, “When you start changing sometimes, not everyone is comfortable with [it]. You go through a big period of growth, and it made a lot of the women uncomfortable. And that’s okay.” She concluded, “I’m very happy with where I’m at right now. You don’t have to support me, but get out of my way.”
This is why I love Braunwyn. Not everyone loves her but at least she is unapologetically herself. Vicki Gunvalson be damned!
