Shannon Beador has been a longtime cast member on Real Housewives of Orange County and has the story lines to show for it. We’ve followed all of her marriage straining. All the way through husband David Beador cheating. Then a useless vow renewal. Then finally a messy divorce, which we all knew was way overdue. So she’s been through the wringer. And we haven’t even touched getting a bowl bang to the head or the drama she’s had with the other ladies.
But after she gave David the heave ho, she eventually got a new man, fought Covid and continued reignited her beef with Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. R.I.P. Tres Amigas. That didn’t last long! But despite all the good thing happening, divorce with kids proves to be a tricky situation Shannon still has to navigate.
Shannon recently told Entertainment Tonight about her relationship with her ex, David. Quite simply put, their current relationship “is what it is.”
Shannon revealed, “He has no interest in co-parenting with me, which is sad. He doesn’t. He has his own description, I guess, of what type of person I am. I don’t agree with it, so it is what it is. I wish him happiness, he is engaged and he’s having a baby, so that’s great, good for him.” It’s true, David moved on at a lightening speed with now fiancé, Lesley Cook. David and Lesley are expecting a baby girl together.

Of David having another kid, Shannon admitted, “I’m surprised that it took this long. I expected her to get pregnant right away, so it wasn’t a shock to me at all. Literally fine with it. No anger, jealousy, hurt, nothing. It’s, like, nothing. It’s all good.”
Does anyone believe that hyper-sensitive Shannon thinks it’s “all good”? I’m glad she’s moved on to greener pastures because let’s face it, David always sucked. But I also wouldn’t fault her for having an issue with her ex-husband almost immediately getting engaged and impregnating another women.

But Shannon insists that she’s cool. She concluded, “To think that after all that we went through in the relationship for me to be able to say that, that’s good.” Maybe this is the new Shannon talking. Let’s see how long it lasts.
