When Southern Charm cast films the reunion, Madison LeCroy is going to look a little bit different. She recently revealed that she went under the knife for breast implants.
Unfortunately for her, some people took it upon themselves to criticize her for making this decision on her own Instagram page, which is uncalled for and rude. However, we’ve all seen Madison put Shep Rose in his place with minimal effort on her part. So, of course, she shut down the Instagram trolls as well.
When Madison went under the knife, she shared a selfie of herself with the doctor in the hospital room, which I can’t imagine anyone who’s not a social media influencer doing. Then again, I assume that most influencers post photos from doctors’ offices because they’re getting free or discounted procedures.
Anyway, Madison shared, “If life gives you lemons, Dr O’Neil can turn them to melons. Thanks to his excellent team for making this momma feel like herself again.” And considering she mentioned the doctor by name and tagged the photo, this just screams “free boob job” to me, but I can’t blame her for jumping on that opportunity. Good for her.

A couple weeks later, Madison posted a follow-up photo to share the results that she captioned with “Blooming.” She looks great, but some trolls couldn’t help giving out some unsolicited medical advice.
One person warned, “Girl wait til the health issues start. Please be careful. They’re not worth it.” Madison quipped, “Let me enjoy them. If I get sick I’ll share my story, educate those who are having issues at this time.”

Someone else told Madison that her chest “Look[s] lopsided,” which prompted her to counter, “No, that’s my lip, you dipshit.”
At least there are actually some supportive people on Instagram. One person commented, “Get it SEEEESTER. Show them haters you are your OWN sugardaddy.” Madison replied, “you’re DAMN right!”

Someone else told Madison, “Go ‘head girl.” Another wrote, “Love the natural look! Beautiful!”
Madison looks great and if she feels great, then that’s what matters.
