Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore’s marriage to Marc Daly has always been a hot topic. The couple married in St. Lucia in June of 2017. Kenya was fired from the show after Season 10 because Marc was allergic to the RHOA cameras. When Kenya twirled back for Season 12, she took a huge pay cut.
Marc did appear on that season of the franchise with Kenya and their baby daughter, Brooklyn Daly. He was always sketchy. He was extremely controlling and talked down to Kenya. Every interaction was tense.
In September of 2019, Bravo cameras filmed a charity event that Marc hosted. Marc had an argument with Kenya and decided that he was finished with living life in front of the cameras. The duo pulled the plug on their relationship shortly after.
In a statement, Kenya said, “It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly. Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage,” Kenya stated. “My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby.”
There were allegations that Marc was cheating on Kenya. He was also hit by a tax lien of $111,205 by the New York City Department of Finance. But don’t worry- Marc said that it was all a mistake. A husband of a Housewife having financial difficulties? Shocking, right? What is more shocking is that Marc and Kenya decided to try and work things out. Why, Kenya?

During the most recent episode of RHOA, Kenya was busy torturing her co-stars during their trip to South Carolina. She stocked the fridge with cold cuts for her guests and ordered herself some crab cakes. Kenya should know better than to fool around about meals with these Atlanta peaches. She is by far the shadiest Housewife hostess. But Kenya was also dealing with issues with Marc. She can’t do anything without checking with Marc first, and he lives in New York.
On January 25, the restaurateur released a statement that his marriage was over. Marc said, “After recently attending mediation, Kenya and I have agreed to end our marriage. I will always have great care for her and look forward to amicably continuing to co-parent our daughter Brooklyn with an abundance of love and wisdom.” Then, after discussing his charitable works, Marc circled around to his favorite subject– himself. “I’m blessed to be a positive change agent for not just my family but also my community,” he stated.

Now BOSSIP is reporting that Marc is going to have his own reality show, with a celebrity co-star. Excuse me? The man who refused to live his life on camera? The man who made us cringe every time he talked to his wife?
The show will be about Black-owned businesses. But the show, set in Brooklyn, will also depict operating restaurants, and love. Is anyone else getting Vanderpump Rules vibes? Marc could be looking for a lucky lady to spend his life with. Seriously?
I am perplexed as to why someone thinks that Marc should have his own reality show. And I can’t wait to hear what Kenya has to say about it!
