What’s going on at Villa Rosa these days? Recently, Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd got called out for not paying $100K for their restaurants’ fruit and vegetable bills.
They were also accused of not paying their employees (multiple times), which Lisa and Ken both strongly denied. Now, they have tax issues that suspended one of their restaurants.
The Sun reported that Pump has been shut down by the state of California because of a “tax dispute.” The restaurant has remained closed throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
The California Franchise Tax Board suspended Pump indefinitely. Its website states that this happens when businesses “fail to file tax returns, fail to pay taxes and/or fail to pay penalties/interest.”

To fix this situation, Lisa and Ken need to file any “allegedly” past due tax returns and pay those tax balances. At this point, it’s unclear how much the restaurant supposedly owes.

Lisa and Ken’s rep didn’t respond to The Sun‘s request for a comment. But, what’s going on here? Perhaps, Lisa will address the situation on her new podcast or her brand new talk show on the E! network? Most likely, she’s just gonna deny this or ignore it completely.
Hopefully, they straighten this whole situation out ASAP. But, at least Lisa can make that podcast ad money. And, hopefully, those E! checks will come in soon and the lights are still on at Villa Rosa.
