When it rains, it pours, right? Erika Jayne announced her split from Tom Girardi in November 2020. Since then, we found out that he had been embezzling money from his clients (widows and orphans) to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle.
Shortly after, the gloves came off. Erika released prehistoric screenshots from Tom’s “alleged” mistress. Then, reports came out that Tom had some mysterious illness. His brother Robert Girardi claimed that he conveniently had short-term memory loss. After that, Robert became Tom’s conservator. And, eventually Tom was kicked out of his mansion. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
Page Six reported that Tom is no longer a lawyer. He was “stripped of his admission to the California State Bar” yesterday, according to state records acquired by the publication.
He can no longer practice law after opening his firm over fifty years ago. I’m just waiting for Erika to post some thirst trap photo with a shady response following the latest news in their very public downfall.

Truthfully, Tom losing his license to practice law isn’t surprising. At all. At this point at least. I’m just surprised it took this long. A lot can change in a couple months and plenty of shady activity has come to light. Now, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans want to know just how much Erika knew. After all, a lot of those embezzled funds were transferred into accounts with her name on them.
