Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are well-aware of how much Dolores Catania loves her plastic surgeries.
She’s dished on her face lift, boob job, butt lift, and everything else she’s had done. And now, she’s added a new enhancement to the list: a new vagina.
During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen said, “Dolores, did I overhear you telling [guest] Heather [McMahan] before we went on the air that you got a new vagina?”
“Oh my god. I wasn’t going to say it right now. You weren’t supposed to hear that part,” Dolores responded.

Andy said, “Oh, sorry. Well,” and after that, Dolores replied, “That’s OK. I’m getting ready for the reunion, you know?”
“You gotta get a new vagina for the reunion?” Andy asked. I didn’t see how that made sense either, but Dolores explained the timing.
She shared, “Well, while you’re at it. I was doing some leg sculpting and doing some work on the waist down so I asked Dr. Joseph Michaels if there was anything else that could be done. He said “sure,” so why not. Andy, I just turned fifty. Why not?” Did she get a free/discounted surgery for saying her doctor’s full name on camera? I cannot help wondering.

And, then Andy asked, “How did David [Principe] feel about you getting a new vagina?” We all saw how David was upset when Dolores decided to travel out of state for plastic surgery in the midst of a pandemic. She also only told him about her surgery plans the night before.
Dolores shared, “Oh, ok. Well that was a different subject because I told David a little bit ahead of time about the surgery I was going for, so it wasn’t the night before. But, I didn’t tell him until after I did that part.”

When she was asked about David’s reaction to her new and improved vagina, Dolores shared, “No one’s seen it. It just happened Thursday.” This episode was filmed on a Wednesday, for reference. So it was six days after her latest tune up.
“I am like bandaged up,” Dolores divulged. Ouch.
