Real Housewives of Dallas fans have been doing their detective work this week. After that video circulated of Bryan Redmond (or someone who looks like him) making out with a woman who isn’t Brandi Redmond, fans waiting for a confirmation, a denial, or just some actual acknowledgment of the video.
Nothing has been said or even implied. However, the plot thickens. A married country music star has denied allegations that he hooked up with Brandi.
Head over to the Instagram account Bravo and Cocktails to get more updates on this mess. But, anyway, that account shared a text from someone who claimed that country music star Taylor Phillips “hooked up with her in Dallas when they did a show in Texas.”
This person added, “Stephanie [Hollman] was with Brandi but Brandi left with my friend. Look up Taylor Phillips. Blue check and all.” Taylor is married to a woman named Jordan, by the way.

After that screenshot and several others were posted about Taylor, he deactivated his Instagram account. When he came back he deleted all the photos with Brandi, including one with him, Brandi and Stephanie with the caption “Now deleted photo with caption- Hang out with the realest Real Housewives! Nice meeting y’all! See ya in Nash soon!” In response, Brandi commented, “Can’t wait. Y’all rocked last night. Good times with amazing people.”
She also commented “Love y’all” on a picture of him and his wife.

In an Instagram Story, Taylor wrote, “Fake News! Official statement coming soon!” And then, that official statement came through
Taylor wrote, “The allegation regarding Brandi Redmond and I is false. Brandi, Bryan, Jordan and myself became friends over the past few years, nothing more. The accusation came from a random person who says that they know a person who knows a person who met us in a bar once.”

At this point, it’s hard to know what’s actually true. Pretty much anyone can send a text and be considered a “source.” So, is this a case of “where there’s smoke, there’s fire.” Maybe no one is “cheating” and it’s actually more of an open relationship situation. Or perhaps that guy in the video (who looks just like Bryan) isn’t Bryan at all and this country music dalliance is nothing but a rumor.
Once again, I’m betting that Brandi skips out on the Season 5 reunion and she will never actually address any of these rumors.
