It’s 2021. It’s long past the point where questioning someone’s choices to alter their physical appearance is a thing. In the world of the Real Housewives, it seems like a must to maintain a youthful appearance. The expectation is to be honest about it though. So denying your nip/tuck becomes a bigger issue than choosing to get the procedure.
Of course, Ramona Singer isn’t one for always being honest with herself or others. It’s a theme that comes up often on the Real Housewives of New York, and Ramona has been on the show since day one. Her personality, her intentions, and even apologies have been questioned. Ramona can be caught in a lie, and still push her narrative. It’s amusing for reality TV, but clearly exposes her as someone who cannot or will not own up to something. Whether it’s delusion or not, who knows? At least we can all have a laugh about it at Ramona’s expense.
Leah McSweeney could only laugh in reaction to Ramona’s claim that she did not have a face lift. The topic came up on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Leah guest starred alongside actress Leslie Bibb. Leslie commended the Housewives for bringing their A-game to the new season.
“I feel like all the housewives this year look really great,” Leslie opined during a WWHL clip that was shared on Twitter, “I think like Luann [de Lesseps] has never looked more beautiful. Ramona’s hair and makeup is amazing. I love what Sonja’s [Morgan] bringing.”
“By the way, Ramona swears that she has not had a face lift, “Andy Cohen said before asking Leah and Leslie to comment.
“Come one now,” Leah joked, “we know how gravity works. We go down.”

Ramona does look very fresh this season. But, “she says it’s all injections,” Andy confirmed.
Who’s Ramona’s doctor? Because doing minimal work to get that result is some talent. At least she met us viewers halfway to admit to something. That seems to be the new way to one up someone when it comes to plastic surgery. How minimally invasive does your doctor work?
