Madison LeCroy really brought her own individual brand of messy to Southern Charm. Her tumultuous (and thankfully former) relationship with Austen Kroll was hard to watch from the beginning. All the way back to the world’s most hilarious video of her catching Austen having an alleged threesome. Madison has a special way of pushing Shep Rose’s buttons. And she has a thing for flirting with A-list athletes to piss of Austen, Craig Conover and anyone else who has a problem with her.
Last season of Southern Charm, particularly the reunion, was full of bombs like no other. Craigy was done playing nice with Madison, and revealed she was FaceTiming Alex Rodriguez while he was engaged to Jennifer Lopez. The tea only got hotter from there — with rumors of NDAs, deleted scenes and a whole lot of Madison acting like her hands were totally clean in the situation. ARod’s strategy has been deny, deny, deny, which is probably why his engagement to THE Jennifer Lopez fell apart. JLo doesn’t have time for foolishness.
It seems like the Madison-ARod-JLo drama was a lifetime ago, now that Jennifer is taking over the tabloids by rekindling her flame with Ben Affleck. And because Madison can’t stand the spotlight not being on her, she spoke to Us Weekly about the FaceTime scandal and took credit for the Bennifer reunion. I wish I was kidding. “I say you’re welcome,” Madison said.
After making the joke, Madison backtracked to yet again say she had no part in JLo and ARod’s split. Even though she couldn’t help but reveal he tried to rebound with the Southern Charmer after the breakup. “I mean, I will be honest with you. I had nothing to do with why they split, and I think everybody knows that. And if you don’t know that, then that’s just ridiculous, like, let’s be honest,” Madison said. Does everyone really know that? Something smells fishy.

Madison continued to say that if she returns to Southern Charm Season 8 (and if it was up to her, why wouldn’t she?), she will tell her side of the story. “I’m happy to tell my story,” she said. “If I’m asked the questions, yes, I will tell the truth. I will say this — the reason why I’m not bothered is because I’m innocent in that sense.” You know who’s really unbothered by this situation? Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. And, as always, JLo is the real winner here.
While it may be true that ARod dug his own grave in this situation, something doesn’t sit right with me about Madison’s role in the whole thing. But, to be fair, she hasn’t outright told her side of the story. So you have to commend her for vying for a spot on SC next season.

Madison’s got a new mystery man who she “coincidentally” announced around the time of the JLo and ARod split. And to Patricia Altschul‘s glee, it’s not Whitney Sudler-Smith. While his identity has not been revealed, his debut on her Instagram reveals that he looks a little bit like our good pal Craigy. Veryyy peculiar.
