Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Season 13 wasn’t all that. There are rumors that a cast shake-up may be in the works, and honestly, the franchise needs it.
Cynthia Bailey was involved in some of the action this season. Her dungeon-themed bachelorette party, which was thrown by RHOA co-star Kandi Burruss, featured stripper Bolo. And Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam were alleged to have spent some sexy private time with Bolo.
Cynthia married Mike Hill on 10/10/2020 in a potential super-spreader event. The guest list totaled more than 250 people. Bravo peaced out of filming due to safety concerns. Cynthia was marrying Mike that day, pandemic be damned! Other than that, Cynthia’s storyline was pretty thin. She was practically silent at the RHOA reunion. But Cynthia is repping the Atlanta peaches, along with Kenya Moore, on the Real Housewives spin-off series.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards hinted that she might have some drama with Cynthia during the tropical get-away. It would be odd to exclude Cynthia from Season 14 of RHOA since she nabbed a spot on the All-Stars series. But there are some clues that Cynthia’s exit might really be happening. It seems that Cynthia removed #RHOA from her bio according to the Instagram account @realhousewivesfranchise.
Recently, Cynthia spoke out about her future in an Instagram Live interview, which was shared on Twitter by @jaysrealityblog. She always seems to be on the chopping block but manages to somehow keep her peach. “If I’m not on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, you can best believe these cheekbones will be on TV doing something,” she commented. “You have not seen the last of these cheekbones.”

According to Entertainment Tonight, Cynthia addressed the pesky rumors when she appeared on The Wendy Williams Show on June 24, 2021.
Wendy Williams told Cynthia that she should be the one to leave. Wendy stated, “There’s nothing more exciting that you can give to us. I don’t want to see you fight. I don’t want to see you get divorced,” the host commented. “Like, I think that it’s time.”
“I love The Real Housewives of Atlanta. This platform has been amazing,” Cynthia replied. “I have an amazing relationship with the network. Bravo has been good to me.”
The model pointed out that no one enjoys being fired. “I mean, my first job was Taco Bell. I wouldn’t want to be fired from there. I would want the option to leave if I wanted to go.”
Cynthia acknowledged that the decision is out of her hands. “God’s will, not my will, will be done. I have had an amazing run. It’s been 11 amazing years as a consistent peach-holder,” she added.

When asked who should be axed from RHOA, Cynthia responded, “The person who wants me to be fired all the time, who actually isn’t even on the show anymore. Her name rhymes with ‘meany.'”
Of course, Cynthia was shading her frenemy NeNe Leakes, who quit the franchise ahead of Season 13. Cynthia also hinted that NeNe is the Housewife who should never appear on the show again. Bloop!
