Housewives are on our screens every season, not to mention in the public eye. So it’s no surprise that they are always trying to look their best. And that includes getting some work done here and there. OG Vicki Gunvalson showed us facial surgery after surgery throughout her time on the show. Leah McSweeney recently opened up about a nose job. Porsha Williams famously got breast implants. So did Wendy Osefo, aptly naming them “Happy” and “Ness”, along with a new butt. The list goes on and on. But one housewife decided to go in a different direction and get breast reduction surgery.
Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss recently opened up about getting breast reduction surgery, amongst a few other tweaks. As reported by People, Kandi shared the details on her YouTube channel, Body Work. Kandi said she started the series to “be real with people” about the type of work celebrities get done.
As for her work, she said, “Let’s not let all the other diets and stuff that I’ve done confuse you into thinking that that’s what made my boobs get reduced, because it is not, honey! I did have some weight loss. I have tried some juice fasts recently. Or, excuse me, ‘juice cleanse’ recently. Yes, I did lose a couple pounds with that.”

She continued, “I have been trying to change the way I eat. I’ve been trying intermittent fasting. I’ve been trying everything to lose weight, but that has nothing to do with why my boobs is smaller, okay? I went to a doctor and he did a little, he cut a chunk off of each one of them, okay? I’m just gonna keep it 100 with you.”
Kandi also admits that her other tweaks included a tummy tuck and liposuction. She also revealed she got Botox but decided it wasn’t for her. This doesn’t surprise me at all considering how young Kandi looks.
Kandi also included footage from the day of her surgery, and stated about the surgeon, “He reduced these bad boys.” She then described her new boobs as “perky and they’re smaller for sure.” Cheers to Kandi and her new and improved boobs!
