Naomie Olindo split from Southern Charm during the show’s mass exodus prior to Season 8, and right after her messy split from Craig Conover. She had a new man, Metul Shah, and was moving on from her life with Craig (sewing) down South. However, her honeymoon stage didn’t last long after the cameras stopped rolling.
Naomie and Metul split up earlier this year after he allegedly cheated on her. Ugh, men. Naomie was crushed, especially considering she uprooted her life to move to New York City for this man. She has since been trying to move on as a single lady, and according to Us Weekly she got herself a new place back in South Carolina. And now according to Radar Online, she might be ready to return to Southern Charm for the upcoming Season 8.
An Instagram post by @BestofBravo made a post saying that Naomie is returning to Southern Charm, writing that it’s “signed, sealed, delivered.” It’s unclear how true this is, but it would be a welcome return from me. Naomie was a firecracker and wasn’t afraid to show the ups and downs of her relationship with Craigy. Or call out B.S. in her group of friends, particularly when it involved Ashley Jacobs and her villainous ways.

However, now that Craig has had newfound success, who knows what the future could hold for their relationship. Naomie is apparently finally supporting Craig and his sewing, so it could be a new leaf in their relationship. But it also depends on if he really is in a serious relationship with Summer House star Paige DeSorbo. Now that Craig has found his way, he’s a hot commodity among the ladies.
Naomie was close on the show with Cameran Eubanks and Chelsea Meissner, both of whom have left the show. Who knows if they’ll make cameos if Naomie’s return is really a done-deal. Or if Naomie will rekindle her friendship with Kathryn Dennis, who’s always in a mess on Southern Charm. I’d particularly love to see Naomie thoughts about the Madison LeCroy of it all. And call out Austen Kroll for his relentless F-boy ways.
