Is anyone else struggling through the current season of The Challenge? I’m so lost with all of these new faces, names, and couplings. It’s rare I root for a total freshman take out, but I have needed it this time around. I knew things would be different after Wes Bergmann and Johnny Devenanzio teamed up during Total Madness, but this has been a LOT. Can’t two arch nemesis make peace without taking an entire franchise down with them?? Thankfully, Priscilla Anyabu is looking out and we’re about to get the real stuff going after her veteran game move post elimination!
After his peacemaking with Wes, Johnny Bananas shared that he is taking a break from The Challenge to focus on hosting and learning more about himself. He said, “I’ve been able to show a much more vulnerable, sensitive, different version of myself than on reality TV.” A version that, until recently, was dating Morgan Willett, another former Challenger.
Seven time Challenge winner Johnny and Big Brother winner Morgan first met on War of the Worlds in 2018. Following their elimination, the two started traveling the world together. At the time Morgan shared, “Obviously, we’re taking it day by day. We see each other. Will you see more travel videos from us? I don’t know, maybe. I don’t know.” Morgan denied that she and Johnny were just a “hook up,” despite getting questioned all over social media.

As true as that all may be, Us Weekly has now reported that Morgan and Johnny have officially split. Morgan confirmed the details with an updated statement.
“I’ve always tried my best to be an open book and after seeing everything circulate over the internet, I felt like I should let you all know that Johnny and I are no longer together. While I feel heartbroken, I’m thankful to know the truth. Johnny is someone I loved & respected very much and so I will be taking some time to heal and process it all. Thank you to everyone for the support and when I’m ready to share more, I will. For now, I’m just focused on spending time with my family.”
Ouch. Watching a break up is never fun. Personally, I’d welcome Morgan back to The Challenge. I love to see the BB alliance get shaken!
