While Bennifer has made a long-awaited reunion (which may or may not be at the hand of Madison LeCroy), Kravis is the latest celebrity IT couple to take the internet by storm. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker recently got engaged, much to the dismay of Scott Disick. His latest ex-girlfriend Amelia Hamlin though couldn’t care less, as Lisa Rinna is trying her hardest to set her up with Harry Styles. Most people are celebrating the love between the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and the blink-182 drummer after he popped the question on a rose-covered California beach.
The KUWTK clan (Scott aside) has been all about Kravis lately. So it wasn’t shocking when a clip of Kris Jenner on The Ellen DeGeneres Show surfaced on People that showed the momager showing love to all of the love. And while it came as a surprise, Kris said Travis did ask her permission to marry Kourt. Good old-fashioned chivalry, people. “He’s a sweetheart,” Kris said. “And they’re so happy, they can’t wait.” She added that while she was aware of his intentions to propose, Travis set everything up “all on his own.”
Kris mentioned that onlookers thought that the setup was for filming a show like The Bachelorette or something, because of all the red roses. “I don’t think they were expecting that, but we had so much fun doing that whole thing and planning it,” Kris said. So while Kris gives Travis the credit, there’s really nothing that this family does that goes without the Kris Jenner stamp of approval.

The momager also talked a bit about Kravis‘ affinity for PDA, which we all (aka Scott) can’t help but feel uncomfortable by. Kris says that Kourt and Travis feel like they’re the only two people in the room sometimes. “They’re so in love and they let us know they’re so in love — constantly,” Kris said. “We almost don’t know what to do with ourselves. I’m looking for a closet to hide in.” Awkward.
If you’re all about Kravis, you’re in luck. The grand proposal was filmed for the family’s upcoming Hulu show that’s rising from the KUWTK ashes, so we’ll get to see it all up close and personal. Scott should probably cancel his Hulu subscription now just to avoid this because that’s gotta be a knife in the heart. Someone check on this man.
