Every year, there always seems to be a seemingly endless amount of drama coming out of the Kardashians clan. This year, all eyes are on Kourtney Kardashian as her whirlwind relationship with Travis Barker led to her getting a ring on her finger. Not everybody (aka Scott Disick) is happy about it because Kourt will forever be the one that got away. But Scott’s reaction to the whole ordeal seems to be the reason why he and Lisa Rinna’s daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin called it quits. Scott just couldn’t resist making shady comments about his baby mama. And it cost him the most recent model he’s gotten into a relationship with as part of what appears to be a lengthy midlife crisis.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars made their feelings clear about Amelia and Scott’s relationship last season. Kyle Richards said she wouldn’t be happy if one of her daughters was dating a grown man with three kids. Sutton Stracke correctly predicted that there was a 0% chance Amelia and Scott were going to last for the long haul. Even Rinna hasn’t been so slick about hiding her excitement that her daughter is single again. Now, in a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Harry Hamlin chimed in, sharing a similar sentiment.

Harry was, of course, asked about his supermodel daughters on WWHL, and had plenty to say about an apparently single and thriving Amelia, Page Six reports. “Amelia’s doing great, she’s living in New York and she’s having the time of her life solo,” Harry said. “I have no idea what exactly happened there, I’m just glad that she is solo, put it that way.” If Harry’s time on RHOBH proved anything to me, he’s your run-of-the-mill corny dad with all the jokes included. Sure, he gardens and is a bonafide chef. But that quintessential dad behavior is always there, and I’m thankful for that.
So there you have it — there doesn’t seem to be a single person left mourning the relationship between Amelia and Scott. They’re on to bigger (and in Scott’s case, hopefully, older) things in their lives, which is probably good. For now, we’ll all be tuning into the upcoming Hulu show that is supposed to be Keeping Up With The Kardashians 2.0. No word how involved Scott will be in the project, if in any capacity at all.
