Lala Kent is eating some humble pie! During the latest season of Vanderpump Rules, Lala sure has a lot to say about everyone else’s relationships. At the time of filming, she was still in a relationship with fiancé Randall Emmett. And they just had a baby together. But since filming ended, the two have broken off their engagement after Randall got busted as a liar and acheat. Lala scrubbed her social media of all things Randall, packed up and moved into a hotel with their daughter.
Now Lala is admitting her blindspots in the relationship. She’s also expressing regret for how she’s handled doling out advice to others when it comes to love. As reported by People, Lala spoke candidly on her Give Them Lala podcast. It used to be with Randall but he announced his exit shortly after their breakup.
Lala admitted that she had her “head in the sand for a really long time” when it came to her problems with Randall. She didn’t get specific on what those issues were, but she also mentioned that she felt “unsafe.” Lala clarified, “The second that I felt unsafe — I said this in therapy — I said, ‘The second I get a pit in my stomach, it’ll be a different conversation.’ I got that pit and I got the f— out. No questions asked.”

Unfortunately for Lala, now she has to watch the current season of VPR play out. Which just so happens to feature the planning of her wedding to Randall. Lala admits it’s “very hard” to watch. She explained, “I was someone who thought I was in a very different position than I was in.” She also added that she may have been “meddling in other people’s relationships” because she was projecting her own insecurities at the time.
Lala continued, “All I know is a lot of things … that I meddled in, my comments didn’t age well, and I’m okay with that.” She also said that she plans on talking about her behavior at the VPR reunion. Lala concluded, “I think a lot of it is going to be talking about that and having to answer for a lot of those things.”
