Tamra Judge ruled Real Housewives of Orange County for many, many years. But despite being gone, she still has no problem creating RHOC drama. She’s been on a tear lately and one of her targets of ire is current season 16 cast member, Shannon Beador. Tamra and Shannon always had a tumultuous relationship on the show. And Tamra was long accused of using Shannon to do all her dirty work. But ultimately, they made up two of the three parts of the Tres Amigas (RIP). Too bad once Tamra was off the show and Shannon stayed, it looks like the relationship took a serious nose dive.
Tamra recently took it upon herself to dust off her Twitter fingers and attack Shannon, calling her a “victim-liar.” Now Shannon is clapping back on the name calling. She spoke with E! News’ Daily Pop to reveal that this was the first time she heard of the insult. Said Shannon, “I don’t Google myself and I don’t go on social media, so what did that say?”
Once she was briefed on what Tamra said about her, Shannon didn’t hold back. She asserted, “You know what, I was a good friend to her. All of the things that have happened over the last multiple years now have been sad to me because she was my best friend. But I’m not going to engage. All I’m gonna say is there are a lot of untruths out there about me. That’s it.” Shannon also added, “I’m not gonna argue with someone who was my best friend in the public.”

When asked if Shannon would consider making up one day, she admitted, “It’s a sad thing and of course I’m gonna say, ‘never say never’ ’cause my goodness, things have happened where it’s like ‘I’m done!’ and then oh, now you’re my friend. So, ‘never say never’ but it’s been really sad and heartbreaking for me. I feel as though I’m being pushed and prodded so that I do engage and I’m not going to.”
I have to admit, I would not be down for those two reconciling. I’m not a big fan of Shannon as is, but Tamra always tore her down and it’s high time that Shannon gets the hint. Based on the current season’s trailer, Shannon seems to be on unsteady ground with the new cast. But maybe she can find an ally that doesn’t completely manipulate her. I guess we just have to wait and see.
