Lala Kent Says Randall Emmett Gave Her A Fake Engagement Ring

When Lala Kent said she was “burning a bridge” with ex-fiance Randall Emmett, she really meant it. Her final straw was when he was allegedly caught cheating. After moving out of his house with her daughter, Lala has continued to keep it moving. Despite initially not wanting to talk about it, the Vanderpump Rules star is now airing out her dirty laundry. And boy does she have dirty laundry.

As reported by Page Six, Lala recently spilled the tea on the flashy engagement ring that Randall gave to her. On an episode of her podcast, she discovered that the 6 carat round cut diamond wasn’t what Randall said it was. According to Lala, the ring was “fake” and originally had a “s–t brown” diamond.

It all started when Lala overheard Randall talking to her mom about “how some rappers take s–tty diamonds and make them pretty.” She was curious about what that meant so when they broke up, she took the ring to a “highly recommended” jeweler. It was there that she found out that the GIA certification described the stone as “treated by one or more processes to change its color.”

Lala explained that the jeweler told her the diamonds was “was most likely brown” before the treatment. The ring would be appraised at a value “in the teens” rather than the $150k that the original designer, Richie Rich, claimed it was worth. Lala took the new appraisal info to Richie and said “he was a little stressed out.” He supposedly also offered to remake the stone into a necklace for her. Lala said Richie admitted to her, “[Randall] knew exactly what he was buying. He knew the diamond he was getting.”

Lala continued, “I love any type of ring that is given and has sentimental value. I don’t care if it was $100, I don’t care if it was $100 million — I don’t. No wonder he whose name we shall not mention flew in four times, he had to make sure the s–t brown diamond was clear!”

Regardless, Lala has no plans on keeping the ring, even if it’s remade into something else. She maintained, “If I’m allowed to get rid of it, that’s what I want to do. I don’t want it in a pendant. I don’t want this thing in my home. It’s bad ju-ju.” Much like the tattoo she got on his name on her arm. She already switched it from “Rand” to “bRand new.” She’s currently selling sweatshirts with the design.

She said the news of the crappy diamond was shocking and made her “laugh hysterically.” Lala added that the lesson she learned from this is that “there’s not one piece of my five years with this person that has been truthful and honest.” As she finds out new information “daily” about Randall’s alleged secrets, she described them as “a punch in the gut.”

Lala concluded, “The only truth I feel that existed in my relationship was me and my daughter, Ocean [Emmett]. That is where the truth ended. That is a hard pill to f–king swallow.”
