Brandi Glanville isn’t exactly known for keeping friends. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was once very close with (also) former castmate, Kim Richards. Which during their time filming together, caused a huge rift between Kim and her sister, Kyle Richards. But just as Kyle predicted, the friendship eventually fell apart.
It’s no wonder because Brandi has been candid about a few bumps in the road between them. She admitted that they had a falling out over the Denise Richards threesome storyline. At the time, Brandi claimed that Kim was “egging her on to talk about it.” The two also had an altercation in a hot tub of all places. According to Brandi, “Kim and I, we’re best friends and we will be again. We just had, like, a hot tub fight and I don’t know what happened — I know what happened — but we’re not talking at the moment. The hot tub fight, it literally was like, ‘Where are the cameras?’ She was drowning me. But, we were having fun.” Were they really? Or was Brandi just being her horrible self?

As reported by Reality Blurb, it looks like the two are on the outs again. This time, Brandi blames the pandemic. She said “During COVID, I had to take care of my own mental health. And I couldn’t babysit other adults. And that’s kind of what our relationship was for a while.” She continued, “It was just like me being there for her so much and I needed someone to be there [for me]. I needed to have the friendship reciprocated and so I got to the point where if she wasn’t going to reach out, I wasn’t going to either.”
Either way, Brandi left the Beverly Hills drama behind in favor of even more drama on the set of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 2. And true to form, Brandi has already gotten into it with her fellow cast members. Vicki Gunvalson has accused her of telling her to “shut the eff up” TWICE. And Brandi even outed herself by revealing that fellow RHUGT castmate Phaedra Parks had to stop her from a physical altercation while filming. Looks like Brandi will never change. But I think we all knew that.
