Dr. Jen Armstrong has no problem navigating a bevy of Real Housewives of Orange County, and a confrontational Noella Bergener, but she may find a tougher challenge waiting for her in a court of law.
Legal drama is circling Jen. She is being accused of employing an unlicensed doctor at her facility by another client. In another legal case, Jen is suing a prior employee who allegedly stole from her. And finally, a former client has accused the RHOC cast member of medical assault and battery.
The lawyer representing the RHOC rookie is filing for a trial in a case brought against Jen on March 30, 2021. According to Radar Online, Judy Hecht brought a case against Jen and her business that alleges medical procedures Judy received at Advanced Skincare Medical Center disfigured her face.
Details of the lawsuit reveal that the client started going to Jen for fillers in October 2019. Judy returned in the following weeks for an Exilis facial rejuvenation. The coveted treatment is sought after to tighten skin around the eyes and on the cheeks. However, Judy claims the fillers she previously received melted in her face due to the treatment.

The suit described, “As a result of the manner and method by which Defendants performed the Exilis treatment her previously injected fillers below the surface of her skin melted causing issues that needed correction and deformity in her face.
The client was allegedly told to come back for more fillers. But the injections only compounded the problems. According to the suit filed, Judy’s face was “puffy and fat with her cheeks sticking out toward her head and ears and the contour of her face being dramatically uneven.”
Judy continued treatments with Jen in an attempt to correct the outcomes, but her appearance got continually worse. The client changed doctors and pressed Jen for financial compensation. The RHOC cast member refused reimbursement, so her former client is seeking unspecified damages as a result of having been, “injured and disfigured, suffered multiple injuries, pain and mental anguish was compelled to seek medical care, incurred expenses and was permanently injured and disabled.”
