Season 4 of Real Housewives of Miami is giving us everything- fiery drama, relationship issues, and a tropical vibe. The show, which is airing on Peacock, brought back some RHOM vets and added some newbies.
Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, and Alexia Echevarria returned as full-time cast members. Alexia’s bestie Marysol Patton and Adriana de Moura returned as Friends of the Housewives.
Sadly, Marysol’s legendary mother, and fan favorite, Mama Elsa passed away in May of 2019. Andy Cohen adored Mama Elsa and her larger-than-life personality.
Newbies Dr. Nicole Martin, Julia Lemigova, and Guerdy Abraira, were added to the mix. Kiki Barth joined as another Friend. Nicole is a mother and an anesthesiologist. Guerdy is a luxury wedding planner, who is trying to help Alexia plan her wedding. Julia is married to tennis star Martina Navratilova, and they are the first full-time LGBTQ+ couple on a Housewives franchise.
Nicole swore that marriage wasn’t in the cards for her and Anthony Lopez, her longtime boyfriend. The couple share a two-year-old son. Then Anthony asked Nicole to marry him during a trip to Aspen on New Year’s Eve.
“It was a total surprise! It was simple and private, and nothing short of perfect,” Nicole stated. Anthony gave Nicole a ring with a cushion cut antique stone with a band of pave diamonds.
“I’m obsessed. The ring is elegant and sleek,” Nicole stated. “I’d call it simple, but it’s hard to use that word when describing a 10-carat stone.”

In the Season 4 RHOM trailer, Marysol and Nicole are clearly at odds. When the ladies gathered as a group, someone asked Marysol who she trusts the least in the group. Marysol replied, “I think I trust Nicole the least.” Nicole fired back, “Marysol, you are bored in your life.”
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Andy asked Marysol a series of questions and she had to name the RHOM co-star that it applied to. Andy is so shady, but I am here for it. Someone has to get these answers for the viewers.
Marysol said that Nicole was the most two-faced and also the biggest gossip of her co-stars. Marysol didn’t explain her reasoning, but I’m hoping the upcoming episodes of RHOM will shed some light.
I hope that next season Marysol is holding a mojito in the opening shot. She knows how to stir up the drama.
