When it comes to criticizing Teresa Giudice, Margaret Josephs rarely takes a day off. It’s only been a couple of weeks since season 12 of Real Housewives of New Jersey started airing, and Margaret has already done interviews calling Teresa an “overgrown toddler.” She’s shared her unfiltered opinion on the drama between Gia Giudice and Joe Gorga. And, of course, she’s been vocal with her disapproval of Teresa’s decision to skip a prenup ahead of her wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
So, it should come as no surprise that a few months ago, Margaret said that she and Teresa weren’t on speaking terms. However, that didn’t stop her from tuning into Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Marge revealed that she watched RHUGT on Peacock like the rest of us. And when chatting with Andy Cohen about the all-star crossover, Marge slammed Teresa for some of the comments she made about RHONJ.
Andy initially asked Marge about her overall thoughts on the show, to which Marge replied, “I thought it was fun. It wasn’t as rough as regular Housewives. I thought it was lighthearted. I enjoyed watching different people interact. I got a kick out of it.”
Of course, Andy couldn’t let the conversation continue without steering it into a slightly shady direction. He asked Marge, “Was there anything Teresa said that you were like ‘Really?'”
Margaret replied, “Yes, of course. When she was like, ‘This is the first time I ever enjoyed. No one has ever had my back. No one ever defends me.'”

If you remember, on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Teresa seemed as zen as ever throughout most of the trip, forming a bond with Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore in particular. Teresa made it seem like she had made a stronger connection with the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members throughout a week-long trip compared to the decade-long friendships she touts on RHONJ.
On WWHL, Margaret continued expressing her disapproval of Teresa’s comments. “I know Dolores [Catania] and Jennifer [Aydin] probably felt horrible hearing that,” Marge explained. “And me too. I was always very close with Teresa. Even now. Anything I do is only out of care for her any time I saw a red flag. I’m brutally honest with everybody in my life in my family.”
