Single straight women everywhere are marking themselves safe now that Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee is in a new relationship. Even his former co-stars are counting their blessings. This Love is Blind contestant is best known for his Tesla, fat shaming pick-up lines, and completely wasting Deepti Vempati’s time on the pod-centric dating show. And honestly, that’s just fine. Deepti deserves the world and had love connections on deck, apparently.
Since filming for the Netflix show wrapped Deepti and another Love is Blind co-star, Kyle Abrams, have given fans something to root for. During the reunion special, Kyle remarked, “Biggest regret is I should have asked Deepti to marry me. That’s what I learned the most.”

Kyle approached Deepti saying, “I f—ked up. I should have tried harder for you. I love her so much, she’s the best. And I wish I saw what was right in front of me and that’s my biggest regret. I’m sorry.” For her part, Deepti has admitted she’s open to a relationship with Kyle, though there’s nothing official going on…yet.
After fans spotted Deepti and Kyle spending time together on Tik Tok, speculation has gone wild. Most recently, the two were spotted by People sharing pics from a Billie Eilish concert!

After Deepti shared an Instagram story of herself at a Billie Eilish show, Billie actually shared the story to her own page. In Deepti’s post she wrote “Oh, I was def happier than ever.” On the re-shared postBillie wrote, “Deeptiiiii” with a crying face emoji. (For any boomers out there, that’s a good thing.)
Kyle also posted a picture of himself, posing facing away from the concert floor. Deepti made a flirty comment under Kyle’s post that said, “I think you’re facing the wrong way.”
Neither Kyle or Deepti have announced that their relationship has turned official. Deepti saying, “I think we can do things our own way now. So, we’ll see where it goes.” And about that statement from Kyle wishing that he would have proposed? Deepti commented, “I thought that was very sweet. We built a strong foundation in the pods…So you know, it’s not just out of nowhere.”
